The race takes place at the Middle Harbour Yacht Club.

The program of the day is as follows:

10:00am	Crew registration
11:00am	Welcome address and race briefing
11:30am	Board yachts
12 MD	Spectator Boat departs Circular Quay to watch the race
12:50pm	10 minute warning gun
1:00pm	Race start
4:00pm	Race finish
4:00pm	After-party commences – live band
6:00pm	BBQ dinner and prize presentation
9:00pm	Event close
